I'm OK with taking the risk of death tbh. I'll be under anyway so it's not like I'm going to be aware of it if it happens. The only time I will ever back out of a surgery, is if I know a female surgeon is operating on me.

It's not just them "muh they're doing it on purpose because they don't want you to ascend"
They're not actively determined to kill you jfl. Which is why guys have went to female surgeons with no problems except rare examples like that guy in the video. Because even though they may want to, they'd be afraid of risking tier license. (Yes I know that woman who killed the guy via a surgery gone wrong still has her license but if a female surgeon was unlucky to have a based male boss then they could be fucked)

It's just they're going to be naturally less careful about performing risky surgery on a sub 5 male because they'd literally just be preserving the life of genetic trash, so the risk of death by accidents are higher the uglier you are because they're not going to be as obsessed about being careful

It's also just the fact that women are retarded when it comes to complex things like facial surgery. Like really fucking slow and stupid. Which is why based men didn't allow them to vote or do any job other than cooking/cleaning/watching kids because they're too dumb and emotional

I think they just cheat through school and take advantage of gender equality politics allowing them into positions they're not mentally and/or physically capable of being good at

That being said negligence might as well be considered murder because the foid is aware that the tools she holds have the potential to kill, but the fact that she's not careful means that she consciously has no regard of my life and what she can do if she accidentally messes up.

Also because even if ugly, these men are still capable of doing things which would still be beneficial to society. They can be the tribe guard, watchman, fighter, steward, etc. They may not get to propagate their genes but they can help in the functioning of society and earn a living, or go kamikaze and save the tribe.
