i have to put up a fight to not be deressed so i basically have to TRY in order to be like i was before. happiness is gone as a concept now its just survival.

gone are the days when i had those romantic beliefs that i have this amazing personaity that my oneitis liked but my face didnt do it for her. she never cared about my personality and never found me attractive to begin with. even with my anglemaxxed pics she was smart enough to tell im a naive incel loser.

i used to cope for so long that i scamed her and she was mad at me for that. lots of months of coping and dellusions.

now it collapsed and i have to change my perception of things. sometimes you need to let a part of yourself die completely.

Adulthood in the modern neoliberal capitalist world is all about social atomization, alienation, isolation, loneliness, lack of community, low serotonin, low dopamine.

Then, you have all these dopamine/consumerism cope ads about fast food, "delivery without leaving your house", Coca-Cola, "buy 2, get 1 free", etc...

And there is the average man's cope, which is basically alcohol, drugs, porn, paying for sex, virtual girlfriends, cam girls, giving money to female streamers, using fake dating services where you pay a woman to meet you and talk with you without having sex, etc...

It's basically just existence. We don't live, we just exist.
