remember when Anonymous and Occupy were actual grass roots movements. now these people who were passionate about that 10 years ago support all the same causes that every fortune 500 company does.

the same goes for the tea party and other right wing movements, they get watered down and filtered into the mainstream GOP, often ending up agreeing with the left on cultural issues. in the end you're a sap if you think the American/western right and left are in meaningful opposition to each other.
