nah im 5'4 gymmaxxed and i don't look either. you just have to be very lean and only train back, lats, and arms.

you just have to play your proportions right, can't dirty bulk, can't train legs too much, etc.

don't forget neck training and forearm training. gymcelling is the only true natural softmax.

Gym is actually really and really overrated. Your body doesnt really matters to women if you look lean like brad pitt from fight club. And its near to impossible to bulk to gain muscle and not get bloated/lose angularity/get acne and get fucked up.

Walking and doing calisthenics/your own weight exercises is much better. Martial arts are great too.

You aren't impression women with "being big". its only for other men, of course it would work if you are gay and want to attract males.

Speaking out of 5 years of experience and getting through gym phase. Been doing whole spring and summer of outdoor physical activities, but for winter(i live in a very cold country) i would probably get back to gym just to walk at treadmill like fucking autist.

Why not softmaxxing AND gymcelling?
do both obviously but gymmaxxing is severely underrated, only difference from normal gymmaxxing is you should do frequent mini cuts to stay lean

i don’t mean get big and muh gain mass, but having a lean physique WITH visible muscle is better than just being lean
