No, you just need to get a good surgeon, I had the best one in the entire Montreal area so I recovered quickly and it was painless for the most part because I was on high doses of morphine for 1 month.

Yeah but a maxillofacial jaw surgery shouldn't be in the red since it's not that dangerous since I did it. I wouldn't do plastic surgery around the eyes though because it's high risk low reward.

It cost me nothing, my parents paid 5000$ for the braces treatment that I had to do beforehand, but the surgery itself was paid by my dad's insurance company. Normally it costs around 5000$ though. The recovery time was only around 1 month and a half but my face was still slightly bloated after 2 months, it only went away after around 6 or 7 months. I wasn't receded but I had the worst underbite you can imagine, earlier in the thread I posted my pics, you can find them by scrolling up a bit. Since doing the surgery, I get a lot more IOIs from beautiful women so it definitely helped me, I am also more confident now and not so shy around women like I used to be.

If your dentist tells you that you are not recessed and don't have an underbite, then you're better off getting jaw implants instead and then leaning down to get a slimmer face.

dentist say I only need invisalign to fix minor crooked teeths. So I am not receeded
But somehow despite being low bf I am still bloated looking since I have a wide face (wid zygomatic arch)+ not a forward grown maxilla

No it's actually 2 different surgery. Otoplasty is only meant to pin the ears that stick out back to the head. Ears reduction surgery is not very common.
