1. Twinkmaxxing - IF u keep shredding weight and dont see abs, your problem is probably ur at a higher weight than ur body for ur natural muscle mass and bones require, its ur body telling u ur fat. U need to twinkmax, it may take u going to like 120lbs to see visible clear abs, but do it. Then if u want to achieve any physique goals do it slowly and eat at a 100-200 calorie surplus. Its not a competition.
Its either that or u just become fat and ugly after bulking which is how I was at 160lbs. Dont be gaslit by users saying "muh victim weight" u need to be at ur natural weight first, then eat in a healthy surplus , and eat healthy to see real bone growth and muscle growth. Cramming mcdonalds and 1kg sugar diet wont do shit for u.
2. Castor oil for eyebrows. Helped grow my eyebrows that didnt have much hair there. Use the hair curler thing for eyelashes/eyebrows, it will shape them nicely too.
3. Dying eyebrows (if ur blonde duh)
4. Hairmaxxing - I have pretty straight hair, and have always had flat shit dog shit hair and looked like a wetdog a lot of the time. Using shit like sea salt spray, growing my hair the right way, getting my shit layered for max volume has ascended me hard.
5. Bloodwork - Getting bloodwork done can be preventing bone growth or height growth, ever since I started taking vit d and folate supplements cuz i was in deficiency, this was fixed, also here and there having days where u eat animal based to reset ur body will help.
6. Accutane - cleared my acne
7. Oxymetazoline and skincare - Pretty self explainatory, cleared up my skin and PIE, and having a good moisturizer that doesnt make u a wet oily shit or shiny shit will help u severely in ur skin recovering. Oxymetazoline helps assist in fighting PIE too.
8. Furosemide - main effect for me is debloating sides of cheeks and bulbous tip, makes them fully lean - looks very nice. I take a pill if I have a special occasion. If u look better with furosemide its probably a sign u should fight off inflammation and get lower bf%.
9. Volufine - pinch ur eyebags/dark eye circles, if they return to the normal colour after u pinch them (do this in good lighting near sunlight and a mirror) then volufine will fix ur eyebags, use it.
10. Hair hilights - Getting hilights in the hair can give appearance of texture and has made me more blonde in a natural good way. Swedish people are idolized for example for their platinum blonde hair, if u just dump blonde hair dye on urself u will look like a yellow retard or super unnatural. Knowing what looks good and not overdoing is good too. Im dirty blonde and for me i was really blonder when younger so i got some natural hilights done and looks fenomenal and get complimented on hair a lot.

12. Vaseline on lips - has helped plump them up and have helped them from getting dry- dont overdo it u will look like a retard
