Fillers (chin filler, jawline filler, gonion filler, upper eyelid filler, i also got cheekbone filler but will not get it redone because longterm it will probably migrate too much and cause some midface bloating i would stick to jaw, chin, and upper eyelid)
Shaving everyday with right technique to avoid ingrown hairs and acne (I used to walk around with neckbeard as a ltn wtf was my dumb ass doing jfl)
Leanmaxxing to 10-12% body fat (trying to go even lower now)
Not eating any foods with added salt to avoid sodium bloat
Occasionally using potassium chloride for debloating
Eplerenone 50-100mg daily for debloating when taking exogenous testosterone
Hydrochlorothiazide 25-50mg for occasionally debloating from eating too much food or salt or just any bloat
Furosemide 80-100mg for the best quickest debloat ever, perfect for events or dating (don't overdue it)
Dying eyebrows very dark brown 1-2 times a week (almost black for me)
Dying eyelashed pitch black 1-2 times a week (blue black to be exact)
Dying my hair very dark brown which looks black
Curling eyelashes EVERYTIME before I go anywhere keeping them curled all day (use Shiseido eyelash curler and heat up the curler a bit with a fan before curling)
Eyebrow pencil to fill in my eyebrows making them look more dense
BB cream for amazing looking skin
eyedrops if my eyes are red to remove redness
tinted lip balm for lips
Letting my hair grow out (i have curly hair and now it's very wavy/curly and it hides some flaws of my skull shape and adds perceived width on the sides of my head since I have a long face)
Using conditioner for my hair every day to keep it moisturized (no shampoo though)
Using moisturizing hair mask once a week to give hair moisture (My hair gets dry and frizzy easily)

Using bondi sands self tanner (the combination of tanned skin, black hair and black eyebrows + lashes completely ascended my coloring and race even. people now think i'm from a mediterranean country like italy, greek, or even some arab country when in reality i'm a pale piece of shit with horrible coloring and contrast. now my contrast is insane since black eyebrows and hair and dark eyes with tanned skin are a good combination and striking.)
Melanotan 2 for tanning and maintaining a tan in a low effort way (im slowly switching from self tanner to this because self tanner takes time to maintain and annoying)
Accutane (I take 20mg a day, makes your skin amazing all other skincare products are cope i don't use anything else, now i don't have to watch my diet as much i barely have acne and blackheads and sebaceous filaments anymore, watch your liver enzymes and don't drink too much alcohol or combine with oral steroids)
Dutasteride (I take 1,5mg a day working my way up to 2,5mg, hair is life so this is necessary to keep my hair and it improves skin quality since DHT can give you acne and saggy skin, I can't afford to lose my hair since it neutralizes many of my flaws and gives good appeal)
Semaglutide every 5 days (Not as strong appetite suppresions as I would like so I might move to Retatrutide if i can afford that)
Testosterone Proprionate at 180-200mg a week injected daily (TRT dosage, i did a higher cycle in the past but wanna leanmax right now and prevent balding and for me muscles aren't a priority right now, but it really helps to keep some muscle and not become skinny fat)
Training neck to get a thicker neck width (makes you look more high T and dimorphic)
Putting on some muscle primarily side deltoid, shoulders in general, back, chest, forearms, whole upper body but the most dimorphic muscle imo is side delts
Shoe lifts
Apply 'Wild hair growth oil' on eyebrows every evening before going to bed for more eyebrow density
Thuya eyelash regenerating cream on eyelashes every evening (makes eyelashes longer and makes them strong and healthy which is good because i use a lot of eyelash curler all the time)
Eucapil (topical solution for the scalp which reduces hair loss, I tried RU 58841 but it gave me side effects like a tight chest and anxiety)
Wearing all black clothes (shirt with collar mogs)
Pregabalin and baclofen to become low inhib, more social, and more nt for special events or dating. (don't overdo it because u will increase tolerance and too much pregab will make you dumb long term lol)
Propranolol to look more relaxed and low inhib (this fixes stuttering and any physical signs of you being anxious)
Modafinil is cool if your sleep deprived after partying and you need to go to work it will keep you awake
Tracking all calories you eat
For binge cravings: keep frozen strawberries at your house and if you get insane cravings and want to binge eat 1-3 pounds of strawberries with some cinnanom and/or cacao powder it's 200-600 calories which is negligible and you will be full)
Becoming low inhib and being a cool guy to be around is also very important
