im getting Palatal Expander for my Mid‑face: zygomas, maxilla (width + some projection) why its good for its gonna open the mid‑facial sutures, which is foundational for forward growth
Face Mask / Protraction Headgear which Pulls midface (zygoma + maxilla) forward + upward into the orbital area and is gonna add forward projection which my case i need
Twin Block Appliance which will help my Lower jaw (mandible) and will give me more forward growth and sSince mymandible has 5 mm recess, this gives me a focused tool on that lower‐face correction.
