As with most things in life it's not linear it's exponential. Losing 1 pound on a 300 pound body is a lot less fractionally than losing a pound on a 160 pound body, you see insane differences once you get towards 10-14%

I've seen other dudes at low bodyfat and they look better but I don't have enough bonesmass and my face doesn't change I only see a difference in the cheek area but the rest looks the same.
