I’ve been resistant to every pill and supplement I’ve tried, even like 10mg of Valium. Even when I was labouring all day for 10 hours I would still try and fight off sleep. the fear never goes away. I just have fucking horrible anxiety man and a bunch of other shit idk what’s going on inside my head and body. I’m getting help. Over the past month or two I’ve had some pretty scary manic episodes, panic attacks and i deal with depersonalisation/derealisation a lot among other things. But to answer your question, it’s a rare phobia so yeah.
