Softmaxxing is so fucking important

---Softmaxxing can boost very MOST peoples looks, dont hop into surgeries before softmaxxing---

Here will be written every single softmax i can think of (also its usefullness)




1. Non-cope softmaxxes
// These softmaxxes work the most, they can change your appearance A LOT, actually alot, if you are absolutely fucked this all can boost you a WHOLE tier if you do it correctly, these are simple absolutely no reason to not do them. Mostly water

- Improving sleep
- Better Diet (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Maxxing your eyebrows and lashes
- Losing bodyfat
- Clearing up your skin (linked w/ diet)
- Debloating (Guide here)
- Improving your hair
- Proper tongue posture (Mewing)
- Collagen (linked w/ diet)
- Getting tanned
- Shoelifts



2. Semi-cope softmaxxes
// Doing all of these may only do very subtle and slight improvements that barely change your attractivness(+ .25)

- Training Masseter muscle // Not rlly cope, if your bigo to zygo ratio isnt ideal this can imitate it
- Muscles // Mostly gymcels cope with having physique, your face could "worsen" from gym via cortisol spikes.
- Neck training
- Teeth whitening
- Lip brushing
// Helps with imitating fuller lips. Worst semi-cope imo
- Dermacortisone



3. Cope softmaxxes
// Its over for you if you do these and hope for improvement

- Gua sha
- Bonesmashing
- Thumbpulling
- UUDD
- Training obricularis oculi
- HIIT
// This doesnt boost your GH or Test
- Intermittent fasting 16:8
- Money
// Assuming its not for surgeries
- Towel method
- Basically any tiktok method

Jfl bone smashing most definitely works according to wolf’s law, there’s many transformations that back it up but it’s very risky in contrast to the reward and bone smashing is hardmaxxing dnr slave

Anyway the best softmax is to get to get leaner with a high amount of lean mass and to test max through habits + diet

That’s true, but I’m assuming everyone uses the correct bone-smashing technique.

wolfs law has nothing to do with bonesmashing in the long run, after a long period of bonesmashing it can produce calluses which gives of the look of bones but it can only add like 1 millimeter at max of so called “bones”.
