Every time i skip training because of minor injuries

It feels like:
Im not enough
Im low t soyboy who cant endure pain
Loser who doesnt want it hard enough
Lazy
Even if the injury is gonna get worse after training i always feel like that.
Im putting too much pressure on my self

Instead of being conflicted about whether you should take a break because of injuries or not, you should focus on proper warm ups before training and learning how to perform the exercises correctly and optimally. Prevention is better than cure. Don’t deal with the symptoms fix the root cause.

Its not preventable
It happens because of the adrenaline during training
During training you dont even feel the injury but when adrenaline runs out it hurts so much
Thats what happened to me i thought it was some light ankle sprain during training but now im out for 10 days

Means you are overloading, overtraining or doing the exercise wrong. Most injuries are preventable it’s highly unlikely you are an exception.

you dont need to overtrain in football theres so many other things you can train on which will improve your game significantly like football iq, vision on the pitch youre a striker so you need good positioning to finish the balls. dont overtrain your body train your brain too
