The house would be crowded with relatives, neighbors, and church members. Every minute someone crying, wailing out loud and hushed conversations, you could barely sleep , also prison food for 1 week. No alcohol, No cigarettes, bland food. No TV, No music. It's like the person died but we are the ones suffering for atleast 2 weeks. It was pure hell. 2 years back my grandfather had passed away and I had to go through all this. I would sneak up to go out at night and stuff my face with burgers and donuts because I couldnt take it no more. I liked I grandfather. I still miss him and I was sad but there's no reason to be so
Pretentious and overdramatic about all this. Death is natural. Everyone has to go at some point and I'm 100% sure knowing my Granddad he would tell my mum to serve me a buffet instead of that slop
