Race matters the most for genes - a white LTB has better genetic ceiling than an ethnic Stacy who benefitted from genetic recombination, but the child will not get those as it’ll inherit any ancestor’s genes from that dysgenic bloodline.
It’s intuitive that walking down a completely different path for thousands of years (different races) would result in a completely different tier of genes that is not comparable to that of another race.
