Most ethnic men don’t bleach their skin. I am specifically referring to immigrants in the west they mingle just fine without having to whiten or lighten. However if you’re talking about Asian ethnics in their countries who watch one Hollywood movie and want to be as white as possible then yea maybe. But that’s more so women than men.
