If you're at least average looking, you have no excuse to not be gymcelling, and counting micro's and carbs all day like a autist. If you're below average, either get plastic surgery to make you average looking, so you can gymcel or ldar. Only guys that shouldn't be gymcelling are guys with prime chico faces, they don't need to.
If you deny the effect body game has on women sexually you are severely autistic, and should pay 99.95 to 6packshortcuts to cancel out your autism.
Every guy would benefit from gymcelling not just for the improving yourself and making yourself look the best possible way you can , but also for the mental health effects. Even a subhuman burrito faced,spics from the poorest shit smelling slums of mexico would benefit from gymcelling.
If you don't even have the common decency of getting 6 pack abs, how do you expect to induce a sexual reaction to women with your body, and make them want to have sex with you, they ain't going to by being skinny fat.
