kinda hard to tell if u only go for implant and dont fix you mouth prob still mtn but w a normal mouth prob higher

i would recommend fat grafting under eye u can go for infras implant but its rlly risky

ur cheekbones are normal so still need a little effort to get hollow cheeck , i recommend high potassium intake , sleep 10k step per day u can use diuretics too , also u rlly skinny i recommend going to the gym getting atleast 10kg cuz 6'1 56kg is crazy bro
