Seriously how to prevent and what’s causing
Could be the vax, I read it ages people much faster
 
It's poor genetics and hormonal profile. People are sick and they keep feeding the sickness with "food"

These guys I know are barely 30, should not be greying this young

It also goes back to your attitude towards life, Don't take it too seriously and you won't stress or age yourself as fast
