I went to my college gym and you were either white HTN or ethnic subhuman. It was brutal, there were jawless white men with good looking Mexican girls and asian girls even some ltb white girls. The girls there are the absolute biggest frauders in history, they where so much make up it makes them gain 5 pounds on the scale.

Only weirdos spend a lot of time in the gym, or someone with complexes/autism. Normal guys go whenever, get some work in, and feel better/move on. Only gymcel bigorexia types gotta go 3 or 4x a week, or coping subhumans. Normal guys with lives don't need tons of gym, they can just do sports, or etc. to keep moving and doing something physical. Autistic, repetitive movements = autism, plain and simple. Many afflicted with excess gym motivation suffer from autism or delusion, as normal guys generally play sports/do labour more than supersets.

It's also not normal to be obsessed with how much weight you lift, or how much brogress you make, or etc. Unless oyu're directly competing against another nigga, it's pure weirdo illness to worry about benching 415 or 455 or 365 or etc. Just be normal ffs with workouts/exercise.

Normal guys go to the gym to get it over with, like nobody enjoys drinking they enjoy being drunk, only weirdos like wine tasting for itself.

Well, dudes normally go to get the work done with, and then wait for the results, like with sports/competitions/etc. not autistic regimens.

The weirdos enjoy the repetitions, muh obsession with numbers (autism trait), splits/routines, dieting/strictness, need to do 'X' sets/reps, etc.

At mine it’s just ripped MTNs (no change in smv rip) everywhere who are obviously roiding.

Its called effective training. There are also people that enjoy it. Your telling me that the feeling after a workout is not enjoyable? I do t count reps or weight just effort and pumps and sets for each muscle group.
