This test is not effective at all because of several issues that have to deal with swampy waters and subjectivity, like the question in which it asks "Do you see yourself as more good looking than average?", or the entire definition of "Discriminatory" which is reliant on the 21st century western morality point of view. People are unevitably going to answer differently due to their own real looks or moral starting point which is going to be different from the one in which the test revolves around.
