TikTok is Full of recessed Infra people. Who Even has good infras ? Show me an example because This is probably the Most Common flaw there is

Recessed infras and weak under eye muscles from strain look very similar. You might look at one person who, like the average person, stays up all night, looking at a blue light brick 8 hours a day, and think because his eyes are grey and weak in the under eye area he has recessed infras.

I think if you are planning to avoid blue light, what would be better is to not intake any blue light 2 hours before bed, to let your body naturally understand its sleep time.
if you want to go all out, wear a blue light eyes filter glasses during the day
fyi 1: many companies just sell blue tinted plastic which will not do shit, buy glasses from actual reputable manufacterers [it being plastic is normal btw]
fyi 2: do not Wear it in public unless you want to be seen as a fag

Though, not intaking 2 hours before bed and getting atleast 9 and a half hours of sleep at consistent times everday will do 10X more than any glasses ever will
