I just don’t see how the recommended ampunt of sleep everyone should get is just 8 hours, whenever I sleep 8 hours, I wake up feeling still tired and groggy.
10 hours is what really should be the the recommended amount of time everyone should sleep, it’s a better number, you won’t wake up still tired and shitty.
