Yeah now i'm almost convinced that what's worth is ofc genio, fat graft/filler, rhino and "maybe" infra orbital rim , and not even for the eyes hooding, but for correct dark circles.

Basically for the majority of these operations its effective

Everything else is not worth it (including bimax if you don't look like a legit subhuman, and not just slightly recessed , custom implants like upper eyelid implants or jon kortajarena zygo implants etc etc) all of this will end up funny to see or nothing will change
