Today I went to an old friend's house and he told me that our friend in common(we know him since childhood) is having depression and Panic attacks, and his girlfriend is depressed too

Holy fuck I would never imagine it...recently a friend of mine who was always normal and NT also had panic attacks

It seems like people are slowly and silently getting crazy, mental illness is on the rise

One of my legit slayer friends (he doesn't slay now as he has a serious gf but he has slayed a tonne and could slay every night if he wanted too) has been having panic and anxiety attacks and stuff apparently. He is SO not the type. I am though lol. It really shocked me to hear!
