Yeah but at the same time it’s good to wake up and realize like

And the point of that reminder? Seems a bit unnecessary, but many things seem that way to me. I was thinking of how that reminds me of cold baths; nobody truly enjoys them, but seem to do it for benefits that they don't seem to comprehend.
