The moon doesn’t reflect enough sunlight onto the earth for it to make any sense to have lunar panels.

Energy from solar panels can be stored in batteries so there is basically no reason to have “lunar” panels.

Because solar panels would be able to pick up any light emitted from the moon anyways, which is extremely little. Why create two differently named devices with identical purpose and construction?

You seem high IQ, "lunar panels" are a good idea. The moon actually produces more radiation than the sun, most of the frequencies just aren't visible to the human eye. You could get rich with your idea!
