Everyone is nuking theyre estrogen or making it low qith aromatase inhibitors, wich is dumb af and destroya igf1.
You need masteron in every cycle, 300-1000mg a week depending on what you are running but masteron is a must.
Also primobolan but it depends on what you are running.
For example:
In a 500mg test a week cycle i would add 200-300mg primo.

In a trenbolone acetate 300mg test enanthate i would add at least 300 mg of masteron prop.

Masteron is to avoid gyno and to have elevated estrogen withoitbsuffering high e2 symptomps
