Honestly, to have considerably "good" gym genetics, its kind of a fucking miracle

So much goes into play- Myostatin, hormones, insertions, frame, fiber types, and more



Even if you dont have the propensity to build a 10/10 physique (almost NOBODY does)

It works wonders for your mental health

And we all know that the average org rotter's mental health is down in the fucking trenches

i can spend hours on this site and still feel good about myself knowing i gave it my all at the gym today

I can’t even lie for the past several weeks I’ve been skipping gym just to rot here or fuck around even my diet has been full of disgusting goy slop I have to go back to it & LOCK TF IN
I wonder how much my lifts have increased / decreased because I’ve been pretty active while off gym

Haha, I’m going to gym tonight 4 the 1st time in weeks. I’ll prob do fb, but keep vol very low, 2 sets max per muscle group js to get my muscles activated again. Starting dec 1, I’ll increase the volume to ~3 sets per muscle group per session, I’m not entirely sure yet. But I’m lowkeu going to drop a physiquemaxxing / sick cunt lifestyle maxing guide if I’m not too lazy ;)

Not if you're a manlet. I have pretty good strength and muscle building genetics (rare for my race) but I can't even utilise it because gym bodies look garbage on manlets, you look even shorter than actuality. I still exercise though like HIIT and light-calisthenics but only for longevity purposes not aesthetics.

Its the most male respect u will ever get. Nigga even if ur fucking uglier roided gycmel, no one will fuck with u at work or mess with u cuz they see ur not an easy target no more. Its actually a life savior. If ur not gymmaxxed its over for u
