Everyone should fix their sleeping schedule

Ever since i go to bed at 10-11 and wake up at 7 i noticed a lot of changes.

Feel more fresh and daytime sleep is gone

Everyone should try fixing their sleep especially rotcels

I go sleep at 3 am, i sleep up to 6.20, after school i go to sleep for few hours and thats my sleeping shedule.

Very bad schedule
I try to sleep at 10 pm everyday but i just cant fall asleep.
Switch off the phone and computer and just lay in bed thinking about things.

Also practice slow breathing to fall asleep

my computer locks itself after 7pm. cant use it. I dont use phone either.
 
i remember my old sleeping cycle, it was legit terrible when i think of it now. i didn‘t really 'live' throughout that time. it‘s important in many aspects

Do you exercise?

Make yourself more tired before bedtime but don't exercise immediately before.

If that doesnt work take a low dose of antihistamines

Mine was so fucked i used to wake up at night and fall asleep in the morning.

I exercise but mostly stretches to fix posture. i think my rhythm is fucked. i tried a lot of things. I cant fall asleep easily unless im super super tired

Take chlropheniramine 2-4 mg.

You'll fall asleep easily
 
Maybe its my diet. I think eating grains/wheat make it harder for me to fall asleep

Also if you decide to take drugs to fall asleep make sure to read all the side effects.

The drug i listed is not good for long term use.
