I've taken diuretics, and peed a lot, but it made minimal difference in my bloating. There's something more than just water that causes me to bloat, something at the genetic level, it seems.

It's not just face fat. Fat can only make your face so big. Beyond that, it's bloating.

Again, bloating and fat are two distinctly different things. I've been suffering from bloating my whole life, even when I was a 140 lb athlete, and played soccer all day.
