Sorry for responding to this dead ass thread, but tamox is more likely to have no effect or even slightly increase height rather than decrease it, enclo not so much, enclo is much more plausible to decrease height.

Pediatric use of tamoxifen to treat pubertal gynecomastia didnt report any growth related issues. It could be argued that the growth velocity was slowed, but in those rat studies, the growth plate cells literally died, and if that happened in humans it would be obvious.
