Hello guys ik im a grey still trying to delivered some solutions to popular questions.
First the ways and things that trigger gh and how height works
this guide contains a lot of researched things and also my own solutions
How height works:
603 Anatomy of Long Bone GH IGF 1 axis in postnatal limb elongation Flow diagram illustrates the basic pathways A guide for prospective use of the pubertal age adjusted reference for total weight kg

1. Growth plates (THE most important thing):

Growth plates are cartilage layers at the ends of bones.

Structure:

  • Resting zone
  • Proliferative zone
  • Hypertrophic zone

What happens:

  1. Cells divide
  2. Cells grow bigger (very important)
  3. Cartilage turns into bone
This process is called endochondral ossification

2. Hormones controlling growth

Main hormones:

- Human Growth Hormone(ghg)
- Insulin-like Growth Factor 1(igf1)

Mechanism:

  1. GH released
  2. GH → liver → IGF-1
  3. IGF-1 → growth plate

Study evidence:

GH/IGF-1 stimulate proliferation and differentiation of growth plate cells----https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0303720720303543?utm_source=

IGF-1 is essential for chondrocyte growth and survival----https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3530140/?utm_source=

3. What IGF-1 actually does

Inside growth plates:

  • ↑ cell division
  • ↑ cell size
  • ↑ matrix production

Study:

IGF-1 increases hypertrophy and growth plate height

- Example:

  • IGF-1 injections increased growth plate size significantly in experiments

4. GH direct vs IGF-1 effects

Important newer finding:

GH can directly stimulate growth plate growth even without IGF-1

Meaning:

Growth =

  • GH direct effects
  • IGF-1 effects

5. Genetics (huge factor)

~70–80% of height = genetics

Evidence:

  • Growth depends on growth plate activity and genetic regulation

- Important gene:
FGFR3

  • acts as growth “brake”

Why growth stops (CRITICAL)

Main hormone:

- Estrogen

Mechanism:

  • stops cell division
  • causes growth plate senescence
  • converts cartilage → bone

Study evidence:

Estrogen is critical for epiphyseal fusion

Important:

  • testosterone → estrogen (in males too)
When closed:

  • cartilage gone
  • replaced by bone
  • no growth cells

9. After growth plate closure

Scientific fact:

Growth depends on cartilage formation in growth plates
➡ Without cartilage → no growth

10. Can you reopen growth plates?

- NO

Evidence:

  • growth requires active growth plate cartilage
  • after closure → no functional structure

Experimental research:

  • IGF-1 therapy can improve growth
  • BUT only if plates exist

- Study:

IGF-1 therapy targets growth plate cartilage and improves growth only in active plates

11. HGH / IGF-1 / peptides

HGH therapy:

  • increases growth velocity
  • in generell ghg wont do a lot bc ur body is already producing the most gh it will ever so it will just kixx in and it can couse hands to grow different for example(only if u overdose)

- Study:

GH increases chondrocyte proliferation and bone growth

IGF-1:

  • essential for growth
  • but limited effect

Peptides:

  • increase GH
  • no proven final height increase

12. Why “more hormones” doesn’t work

Even with high IGF-1:

- growth limited by:

  • growth plate size
  • cell number
  • genetics

Study:

Growth depends on growth plate chondrocyte activity, not just hormones

13. What actually determines your height

Real factors:

  • genetics
  • GH / IGF-1
  • nutrition
  • puberty timing
  • growth plates

These are cope

  • stretching
  • supplements
  • “height hacks”

14. How to maximize height (if still growing)

Proven factors:

  • sleep (GH release)
  • nutrition (IGF-1 support)
  • exercise (stimulates GH)

Study:

GH/IGF axis is central regulator of growth

the sad truth is u cant grow taller after puberty if growh plates close they close then its over
if there still open ofc u can
what u can do is mkake them stay open for longer

Epiphyseal plate

thats why your plates close
the only real way are estrigen blockers if u want to take the risk
was proven by studies that it has a big risk doing that

FINAL ANSWER
height does matter you can increase it but sawlasao not really a lot of riks due to genes and the amount of gh ur body prodsuces naturally during puberty just sleep 10h drink milk for calcium d3 k2 as i said its all genetic and the max u can reaxch w pep etc. are 5cm so good luck on u

its my first time doing a guide and ik it sucks but atleast i feel good hope it helped and mark as solution :soy:

oh my god this is such basic shit why are you retards always thinking ur like pythagorus thinking about new shit
