You’re actually disgusting to look at I gagged. Fix your everything bro. Hop on ghk cu immediately, hop on mt2, dye your brows and grow them using minox, get under eye fat grafts, train your neck. You look already somewhat lean yet your face has smile lines, either your unhealthy as hell, have just shit skin or are insanely recessed. I think it’s all three. Get healthy, use ghk like I said and honestly I think you definitely need jaw surgery. Your flat upper lip and long philtrum are indicating maximal recession same with the smile lines. And from the looks of it it is bad. You also have a long face so keep growing hair, long Face Is result of downgrown jaw and or recessed maxilla. I would recommend getting off this site and just trying to live healthier and speaking to an orthodontist. You’re just going to get insecurities from here
