I already know Im cooked. I'm a LTN and my goal is to be atleast MTN or HTN. I dont know if thats possible but I will try to eat 8 eggs every day , Steak , Tuna for protein, Avocado and eggs for fats, and banana and rice for carbs. I will also drink 4L of water everyday. PLEASE if anyone has any opinion in this diet let me know. I want to look better and debloat. (Here i am at 18% bf or maybe more lol)
