- glutathione
- n-acetyl cycsteine
- methylsulfonylmethane

as for topical products :

- hydroquinone 4%
- tretinoin 0,05% (using rn)

might aswell pin ghkcu cause of my acne scars

if there is anything i should not spend my money on/avoid or use please lmk
