It's so hilarious to me when i see people blaming their parents for their "recession" and how they didn't feed them properly during their developmental years
Your life was already over in the womb. Epigenetics are cope.
Your nutrition during your developmental years isn't the issue. It was already decided in the womb.
All these individuals grow up with the same, poor, lacking nutrition. Same environmental factors.
