To be brutally honest, no. I'll need multiple surgeries to become a LTN.

Rhinoplasty
Bimax
Custom jaw implants
Fillers
Almond eye surgery
4-5 inches of LL
Thyroplasty
Phenol Peel
Commisuroplasty

All of these things to become somewhat average.

Maybe before considering the eye surgeries maximize your eyebrows and eyelashes and undereye first?

How can I one be born with only below average features ? Completely unfathomable to me. At least normal people have some positive features, like decent skin, height,etc... which makes them "average" but in my case, it's completely over and I despise my parents for procreating.
