everything is 10x as bright as usual, i can barely keep my eyes open and brightness causes my cortisol to spike.
I already have very light sensitive eyes since birth and today for no reason everything is just 10x as bright and my eyes even water from seeing a reflection of the clouds.
What the actual fuck?

Do you have light colored eyes? I have bright blue eyes and can't stand when it's sunny outside, i have to squint all the time and basically can't look up.
