You will at the end I had a great idea in this deficit to abused diuretic for some reason I don’t know why I had no idea what the hell I was doing anyway they’re never sustainable. You’ll be better off eating-600 cal from your maintenance and taking a little bit to lose the weight because I promise you you will gain all of the weight back especially when you come out of severe starvation and no one just stays that body like it never works. In fact your body literally will not let you unless you’re suppressing your appetite.
