You dont have to get blood tests but it could fuck your liver up if you abuse it.

If you’re low dose then you’ll be fine most likely XD.

I’m probably gonna hop on accutane too without a script I’m just on topical tret current

You can do some research on what tests they might do for accutane but you can just get a full profile like a week before hopping on and then 2-4 weeks after
