so using the massage gun nd applying pressure to the massage gun as well nd going till the area’s bruised is the correct way ?
Not until it's bruised, like i said; use your instinct. It doesn't have to bruise and swell up and turn purple, using the massage gun isn't about swelling

Your can’t bonesmash all bones in your face, not even the whole zygos because of nerve placement.

If you feel light vibration under the skin like a pulsing vain under your skin when hitting, that is a nerve and there is nothing you can do about it except stop hitting that specific area.

Find the areas that work for you and bonesmash without any nerve damage.
