1. CLUELESS
So my original goal was just to loose weight. I started eating less sugar and doing homeworkouts. I also did HIIT Workouts like twice a week.
2. START OF GYM
As you can see I lost a Little Bit of weight. As far as i can remeber it was 10kg. But the problem now was that I have gotten a little skinny and I started going to my Kicks gym. Main goal was still to loose more weight (which is fucking stupid because you need bodyfat to Build muscle). I used different Machines every workout without any form of plan and my from was just ridiculous. So make sure to Watch Videos on how to properly do the exercise youre doing.
3. TRYING HARDER
As you can see I lost more weight but youre starting to see I’m Building muscle. At this time I did Push Pull Legs with high volume which you should avoid since this just causes more muscle damage and you will Need more Recovery and it’s a waist of time
4. TAKING IT SERIOUS
During this time I tried out several Training splits. Dont do that just Stick to one Training Plan and improve on your weights. I still did High Volume but started taking supplements like creatine and Protein powder which is very useful.
5. PRE GEAR
This pic was with a Crazy Pump so I still think it Looks pretty good. I focused on one plan locked in with the diet (1.8g of Protein per kg Body weight). I Ate really processed foods and bad fats. You should try to have a clean diet tho.
6. TAKING SARMS
So here I started taking MK2866 Ostarine.
I was locked in with diet Sleep and Training.
(Training each muscle twice a week while still getting enough rest)
Then I started taking Mk677:
This was the time where I finally started Training the Right way (after 3 years btw).
This means 2 sets of 6-8 reps. So pretty low volume (if youre longer than 1 Hour in the gym excluding cardio then wtf are you doing this is so unnecessary) I gained like at least 6 kg of muscle and few 6cm of 2 cycles on MK677 (10mg daily)
Then I started hopping on Rad140:
So with Rad140 (10mg Daily) I noticed a huge change in body fat and muscle mass. And it was also the first time I got a few compliments
7. NOW (CONCLUSION)
So what did I do? All in all the whole progress was 4 years. In the last year (enhanced) I did one cycle of MK2866 two cycles of MK677 and two cycles of RAD140.
The best advice I can give you is to stay fucking consistent and Training without Gear is also the best softmaxx in my opinion since you learn how to diet your test gets boosted and your smv is going up. For Training do low volume train each muscle twice a Week and rest is the Most important aspect of gym. Have a clean diet enough carbs enough protein and focus on micronutrients. For supplements creatine and protein powder and ashwagandha is the Most important.
