It's one of the evolved strategies to win the prisoner dilemma, basically single player. The other one is to band up with people similar to you, like race or religion, set some rules and punish those who disobey, multiplayer.

Historically the latter was more successful. Today, dark triad is more adaptive because the old system was (((destroyed))), but in a couple of decades some new set of sex regulating rules will emerge and DT boys will be outcasts, as before.

It's very hard to make predictions, especially about the future, but we are at the dawn of unprecedented explosion of bio-science.

First, realize that moral requirement for virginity in the past was only possible because women evolved hymens. Only people have hymens, monkeys don't. This biological feature let us set a commandment, that a foid must have a hymen if she wants to have a husband.

Now imagine what technology will do in the coming decades. Even today we have DNA tests for paternity and look how much it changed when it comes to morals. First, foids had to finally admit that they cheat. Even 30 years ago they could still pretend they don't, but now we've all been redpilled, thanks to technology.

Think of some invention. Maybe it will be possible to know all past partners of a foid by analyzing the traces of DNA from her vagina and searching for matches in a database? Maybe we will invent some drug that makes foids loyal (oxytocin hello) and marry them only on the condition that they inject it daily?

Imagine how technology will change morals. There will be a new set of commandments regulating sex and love. Damn, even the contraception pill changed everything, and there are even bigger inventions ahead.
