Half is stretch but yeah I've seen Pashtuns who could larp as meds. There's are 2 Pashtuns on the forum who are med passing also but they generally look like their own thing. They have unique pheno.

Afghans dont pass in Turkey I was at the airport and saw this Afghan guy with light hair and eyes but his features were very diff from Turks.

Yeah a lot of Afghans can pass as med bc of high steppe but Id say around 10-15%

The most white passing ethnic groups are Turks, Palestinians and Syrians. It is common for them to pass as meds because that is what they are Eastern Meds who got converted to Islam.
