Looks like an improvement to me, but I'll need a photo with better lighting and higher resolution to make a better assessment, hard to tell with just this photo. Plus thin lips don't look that great even on men and women certainly don't prefer them. And it's not like he turned into this:

Even Doutzen has "chimp lips" by this logic. It just happens that the area between nose and upper lips is a bit thicker.

Very diffrent between girls and guys, and its the bulge without a good natural curve of the phil. Its just looks chimpy. Also i didnt say the result was extremly bad but too me the lip looked unideal

I don't think she has a chimp lip. Chimp lip happens when the lip becomes convex rather than concave. In this, you can see she has a concave lip.

Could you not just put some lip filler to restore the proper philtrum shape?
A bit hacky but it’s better than revision bimax.
