its so hard to start studying but ye once you get into it, it becomes pretty enjoyable

Exams make you fully focused and feel immersed to it which that is the part people are addicted to taking exams.

Same as fighting sports or competitive sports they are addicted to it because they feel completely immersed and focused on it and feel the adrenaline.

i did maths, bio, chem now doing med in uni, wouldve much prefered physics or further maths over bio but had to drop it since parents wanted me in med

ye man its upsetting because maths was prob my fav and the one im best at. but oh well its not the worst degree to do by no means

I do not like the idea of academia and modern education institutions, they have many flaws. Mind I have a published thesis on 3d data processing so it's not like I'm a dropout hater.

It was after my computer engineering degree and something similar to a masters that we do where, but I am no PhD. It's a lane of study that a teacher that also works as a researcher in my uni suggested me and we worked on it for some time. They're still researching but I moved on many years ago

I did not get a super high final average score but I happened that he was my teacher during my degree and also after and he was a very good teacher so I was very involved and did very good in his classes. He is a computational theory teacher so we did algorithm design, ml research... back then we coded from neuron level up to the whole cnn with just thinking how a neural network should work. No gpts or fancy documentation and I loved it.
