Excess saliva while mewing

Pretty much as soon as I move my tongue into the correct posture I just produce so much saliva, forcing me to gather it and swallow breaking my ‘mewing streak’ anyone know how to stop this, when I’m cheek biting + mewing it doesn’t happen if that helps

It's normal to produce saliva, you'll rebuild your habit if you are new to mewing.
You are habited to just let it gather up then swallow it, essentially you need to learn how to use the tounge and swallow differently.

theoretically you shouldn't have to break tounge posture to swallow since the correct swallowing pattern has your tounge in the exact same position

It takes time to get used to, just stay consistent

theoretically you shouldn't have to break tounge posture to swallow since the correct swallowing pattern has your tounge in the exact same position

Yeah not to swallow specifically but to gather the excess saliva around my tongue I must break posture
