Blacks have high time preference compared to whites which is why they will do stupid crimes like robbery and murder and get caught easily because they dont have the IQ to think abt it, whites have lower time preference and dont commit these crimes on average because they realize its not beneficial to themselves but will maybe engage in white collar crime like tax fraud or stealing just enough money to not be noticed in company accounts, you see these with white and black politicians as well, black politicians will be given lets say 100 million dollars/euros or whatever currency to fund a public project like a hospital, they would then proceed to pocket 95 mil of said money and use the 5 mill to fund the hospital, this is how most corruption in africa works, now a white corrupt politcian will do the opposite and pocket 5 million while using 95 mill to fund the hospital, taking just enough not to affect the project and be noticed while also benefiting
