PCT is overrated. Anything between a slight NCT to good PCT can be ideal.

Eyebrows, eyelashes, the size of the eyes (height, width), the position of the eyes (shallow or deep, distance) and eye color is what matters.

Tilt is overrated.

If she had the same exact eyes, yes. My point was that people with very attractive eyes usually have anywhere between negative to slightly positive tilts, and tilt is not the most important thing.

If she had the same exact eyes, yes. My point was that people with very attractive eyes usually have anywhere between negative to slightly positive tilts, and tilt is not the most important thing.

The nct doesn’t hurt them bc they have 99th percentile everything else. So yes nct isn’t a major deal breaker given maxed out other features.

But even when I morph cavil with a more neutral to positive tilt he looks better.

I can do the same with massimo/Mario but you get the point.

Hence it’s not overrated. Extreme pct like the OP is Ofcourse not ideal. Bc it deviates too far away from facial averageness/ ideal golden ratio. But pct is always better than nct in all cases

It's not just about the PCT, but also what creates the PCT.
All the "uncanny excessive PCT" examples that have been given in this thread have PCT caused by an up-swung lateral canthus, which for men is uncanny. Very good thread on the subject here which made me realize that :

This eye area has similar PCT as the examples given in this thread, but his PCT is created by both elevated lateral canthus and a relatively long downturned medial canthus, so it looks less uncanny and more masculine than PCT created almost solely by lateral canthus position :
