I can’t stop yawning throughout the day to the point where If I had to estimate probably about 50+ times whilst having god tier sleep quality. It’s concerned me enough to go get checked out but ofc I will check here first any high iqcel’s here might know what’s wrong with me?

I definitely don’t feel low T but it’s worth checking out. Do you know of how to go about getting that tested? I’m asking because doctors usually give me some vague BS reason and would want to be prepared when getting checked out

U either have to suck them off (I tired) or just get a private blood test (better option) they didn’t believe someone was low test when they had no facial harm or at 18 and was suicidal lmao

Can you elaborate? This is very interesting because it’s seems a lot off things in my life have been going downhill after I dated this witch chick a few years ago, not to trauma dump or anything but I can’t quite put my finger on it, realistically I just need to go get blood work done and see if my hormones are shot.

Basically, im Muslim so i belive in Jinns. They way it works is she does a Ritual, this ritual includes a Offering, the Curse she wants to put on you and smt else forgot what it was. She will write on a piece of paper or tell some other way what curse she wants to put on you in your case its probaly a Energy draining thing. This also happens when a Jinn is mad at you, lets say she has a jinn she works with and you do something bad at her and the jinn really likes her he will curse you.

So strange, but makes sense because she found out I was talking to another girl and hated me for that and would always talk about doing spells and shit, is there anyway to un-curse myself JFL or is it over?

You can try to watch and listen to Quran verses, that helped me (i also had the same problem) Try these verses: Surah al Nas
Surah al Falaq
Surah al Jinn

Is your sleep quality any good? Consider melatonin before bed then a 200mg caffeine pill in the morning.

Sleep quality is really dialed in fully regulated circadian rhythm light exposure when waking and before bed also been off caffeine for a few months and sleep has never been better.

Supplementing GABA, magnesium, zinc b4 bed and it has been a game changer I get good dreams almost every night so I know for a fact I’m getting adequate REM.
